Services
Scheduling hours range from 1PM- 3PM. Use the dropbox in our home or contact page to insert a request to book a service. A confirmation email will be sent from us to verify date and time of your request.
Daycare Tour
Before enrollment it is important to see if our facility is the best fit for you. You may come tour to check out our environment here, view the centers children are able to access and even get to view children's artwork/ activities done as they are displayed all throughout our space. We offer information on how to apply for action for children through the state and can even help you in the paper application process if you are eligible for financial assistance with child care through the state of Illinois.
Working with Outside Intervention
If intervention is needed, results will proceed with setting up a team of providers who advocate for your child and create a Individualized Educational Program (IEP) to get the child to develop accordingly at their own measures with the help of our staff, educators and parents. Any outside intervention staff such as a speech pathologist, occupational therapists etc. are always welcome to come and serve the child here at our facility as well. Parents must communicate on the specific dates and times their visit will be so we can prepare the environment for the child to recieve services.
Parent and Teacher Meetings*
Parent and staff communication is crucial to the development of a child. We advocate for your child together and the partnership we create will only enhance the child's experience here at Tiny Hearts Daycare and at home. Any questions, concerns, informational sit downs, etc. are welcome. Portfolios full of activities, photographs, observational records will be shown to parents during these meetings to discuss the development of the child. Whenever parents want to meet with their child(ren)'s teacher, it will be accessible at we are more than happy to be able to meet with you.
