Dramatic Play Area

This is another crucial area that allows expression, speech and reality actions to be exerted while playtime. Children are able to truly communicate while “preparing a meal” for their friend or selling them an ice cream, taking care of babies, putting on their doctor uniform etc. Spanish and english can be used while communicating and children are allowed to express themselves freely during this period of time while being exposed to real life actions adults perform daily. Finding items they are familiar with in their households or cultural environment can also represent the sense of comfort they have while using the objects and being familiar with their purpose.
